Prayer Requests
Mission Trip to Taiwan to teach English
Marlys & Larry will be joining 20 other Covenanters on the 2006 Taiwan Mission trip. They will team with a young man from Alaska, Caleb, and will be going to the far southern city of Kaohsiung, Taiwan. Following their teaching experience they will stop in Japan to visit Rachel who is teaching English in a school in western Japan.
Please support them in prayer
· For travel mercies to Taiwan on June 5th-6th and as they return on August 10th.
· For health and stamina as they adjust to new food and climate (very hot and humid).
· For their Christian witness as they teach English through the church.
· For the church in Kaohsiung – for strong leadership, for those who will attend the classes.
· For flexibility in adjusting to a new culture and unknown situations.
