Grandma had a great day with 16 month old Genevieve.

Sept. 9 Grandparents's Day

I call it a Hallmark holiday. You only know about it in the gift section of the stores and card shops. But Anne noticed it on the calendar and she and Pete got the ball rolling. Everyone in the family arrived at our house in the later afternoon on Sunday! Any reason to get together is fine with me. I took a picture of all the grandchildren that day. We have two teenagers (JP & Mark), a pre-teen (Skyler), 8 and 9 year olds (Matthew and Spencer), 6 and 5 year olds (Luke and Rajah) and baby Genevieve at 16 months. We are so proud of our lovely family. I'll have to get a picture of all of us soon.

AWANA Carnival Starts the Year with a Bang!

We had a beautiful evening to start AWANA. The kids played and parents registered their children and all had a hot dog and juice. What a fun night! The only picture that's missing is Bob the Tomato. He disappeared when the cameras came out!
