Genevieve celebrated her second birthday just a few weeks ago. She enjoyed her new bubble maker and her cousins who surrounded her.
The whole family gathered to celebrate Gen's and Grandma's birthdays. Grandpa provided the fun activities. He had a burning permit so he could burn a big brush pile. The grand kids helped add an old picnic table to the fire and then brought the cedar trees from beside the front door which Larry had cut down and added that to the fire.
Everyone wound up down by the fire and, of course, they had to roast marshmallows too. Rajah had to cuddle up with her uncle Pat since she didn't have a jacket and it was a chilly day.
We were all together minus one daughter-in-law who was working. Cousin Kathy joined us for the day too. This is the beginning of the summer. We sure hope that the rest of the summer warms up!
