A new year and a new project. We have been thinking about remodeling the kitchen since last year at this time. I asked Larry to hold back until January. And now is the time!
The first job was to change the shelf with antiques on it and then we moved our schrank and redid the wall hangings.
Now the shelf is over the doorway to the livingroom. Then Larry removed the microwave cupboard and it will be moved to the other end of the kitchen wall. Now Larry is resurfacing it in a lighter wood. He also was varnishing it. The cupboard contents are in the library. I think it is going to be a long and interesting winter.
